How to Measure
Bust
Measure around the fullest part of your chest. Keep the tape horizontal and firm but not tight.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, usually 1 inch above your belly button.
Hips
Measure around the fullest part of your hips, usually 7–9 inches below your natural waist.
